By the unauthorized use of the city's logo, the Simplicity app gives residents the false impression that the information and services on the app are directly linked to the City of Fort Worth. The Simplicity app is not approved by the City of Fort Worth, and the city is requesting that the company cease and desist the use of the city's logo.
