Hound Lounge is a boutique, upbeat, dog grooming salon and dog daycare located in Walnut Creek. We are looking for the next Rockstar to join our team! Individual must be people-oriented, outgoing, and love working with animals. Creative skills and artistic abilities a major plus! This is an extremely fun/rewarding Front Desk role. It entails lots of client interaction and possibly special projects. It also entails the supervision of our little dogs. Responsibilities will also potentially include any or all of the following tasks. - Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments - Assisting groomers and bathers when needed (holding dogs for nail trims, lifting into tubs, etc.) - Cleaning duties around lobby and daycare area - Updating schedule and computer logs through the day, contacting clients when needed. Compensation $12 per hour plus tips Houwith the opportunity to make more money taking a small dog home whenever desired.
