Sample jobs: Bring two wheelbarrows of composition roofing material from back of property to truck; prune large tree (no ladders needed) and drag thin branches on tarp to front of property; use pick to dig out a couple hundred feet of irrigation pipe (about 5" under ground) cutting into sections and moving to truck; mixing about five bags of concrete to enlarge two piers under a deck (level land); painting a concrete retaining wall about 40 feet long and 3-4 feet high; lightly sanding a deck for repainting (owner will paint... you sand). Like to start early (8 or 8:30) and work five hours straight through with short paid break at the house. Cash at end of day.
