Looking for an experienced, reliable, trustworthy, patient, and personable caregiver for a 70-year-old Asian woman in San Jose. She is bed bound but can stand enough to help with transfers, and she needs help with most ADLs. She's a sweet, quiet lady who loves company and jokes! We're looking for a PART-TIME CAREGIVER: - MON, TUES, FRI MORNINGS 9AM-2PM, also sometimes Wed and Thurs mornings depending on the week. There will be 1 Tuesday and 1 Friday off per month. - FILL-IN WED/THURS MORNINGS 9AM-2 p.m. (would let you know 1-2wks in advance) - MON/WED EVENINGS 4:30PM-9:30 p.m. Responsibilities: - Transfers from bed/chair/toilet to wheelchair (with gait belt) - Assist with bathing, grooming, incontinence - Companionship - Assist with PT/OT/ST exercises, stretching - Light housekeeping - Warming up frozen meals Our ideal caretaker: **Female **Experience with disabled elderly, very comfortable with bed/wheelchair transfers **Funny/friendly/talkative Email if interested and provide phone number to be contacted.
