Hi I'm looking for a skilled painter to help finish up a condo flip. Just need some trim painted and walls cut back in, and would be great if we can figure out the stairs. Attached is a picture of what I've got and an idea I found, though I think we need to go dark on the treads to avoid sanding them down. I have a couple ceilings that need painted as well if we have time. Looking for someone who keeps it CLEAN. It's hit and miss here in CL I've found some great guys and some who get more paint on the floor and themselves than the walls... If interested please let me know what you charge per day/hour and what your availability looks like. Also please let me know on a scale from 1-10 how straight a line you can cut and why you are the guy for the job! Thanks and I look forward to working with you!
