'Who We Are' On Display Through June At Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery

PORTSMOUTH – Most of us have asked ourselves the question of how do others see us or how do we represent ourselves to others. "Before the Cut," a pastel painting by Chris Reid, will be in the New Hampshire At Association members show titled, "Who We Are," during the month of June. New Hampshire Art Association members are doing just this in an exhibit for the month of June titled, "Who We Are," at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery. Participants were asked to submit an artist's interpretation of who they are. "As an artist so much of who we are – sensibilities, background, likes and dislikes, and our life experiences – goes into our work," said NHAA Board President and photographer Renee Giffroy. "When we present a piece, we are presenting ourselves to the world." Artwork in all mediums will show the viewer how each artist sees him or herself. The gallery is following the CDC and state's recommendations for safety while visiting during the COVID-19 pandemic.
