(copy and paste it in your browser): Compensation: $18/hour Position Available: Part-Time Self-Storage Facility Manager Hours Needed: 6-12 Hours/Month Schedule: (1) Visit between the 15th and 17th of the month. (1) Visit between 27th and 30th of the month. Hey! Storage is currently looking for a Storage Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, fixing maintenance issues, cleaning vacant units, placing locks on delinquent units and keeping the grounds clean. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: • Conducting routine facility inspections on the: 15th and 30th of each month. Each Inspection takes roughly 3 to 4 hours to complete. • Cleaning units when a storage customer moves out. Cleaning entails removing leftover garbage, sweeping leaves and other debris out, wiping dust and spider webs off walls and ceilings. • Picking up garbage around the facility. • Placing locks on delinquent units and removing locks when customers have paid rent. • Responding to emergencies. • Receiving packages a their home on behalf of the facility. • Replacing hundreds of screws on the roofs of metal buildings. • Brushing self-storage doors and exterior of buildings • Pressure Washing • Lawncare Ideal Candidates: This position is a part-time position roughly, 6 to 16 hours a month. It is perfect for someone who has a full-time job, but is looking for reliable, routine supplemental income. Must be able to use tablets, clean thoroughly, complete repairs, and be willing learn.
