I'm looking for someone to clean out my planter boxes and plant new flowers. I would like for this project to be completed by the end of this week. I'm disabled in a wheelchair and want to surprise my wife. PLEASE DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR ME. I'm accepting reasonable bid for labor and materials. Only reasonable bidders will be contacted.
