Camden Gardens, Inc. is an established customer service leader and one of the top designers of exterior and interior landscapes, serving high end residential and commercial clients, including Hotels, Shopping Centers, Hospitals and many large office towers, in the greater Seattle, Bellevue and surrounding areas! We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. A foreman is critical to each project's success. It is a blended role of leadership skills & amp; job site management and landscape installation and vision. Foreman acts as Site Lead when Project Managers are not present and are ready to keep the crews progressing daily. This position is highly respected and rewarded for strong leadership and a collaborative teamwork approach. Responsibilities: • Responsible for daily work planning, quality, and accomplishment by the crew • Provides on-site project oversight when Superintendent not on site • Understanding of how to read landscape plant schedules and plans. • Operates and maintains small and large machinery • Proactively establish and support a positive commitment to Safety on job site • Be willing to train and mentor Crew members for skill development Qualifications: • 3-5 years of professional landscape experience; a landscape, or related, degree a plus • 1-year experience leading teams • Ability to show working knowledge of tools/equipment/practices etc. • Strong written and oral communication skills - Spanish a plus • Good physical condition and endurance; able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions • Must have a valid WA driver license Benefits: • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health Insurance • Training and Mentoring **1000.00 Signing Bonus** This is a full-time, year-round, position.
