Bonus points if you have worked with seasonal color and have strong customer service skills. The position will report to our Landscape Maintenance Manager and will lead the exterior landscaping teams to create and maintain landscape design installations. This is a full-time, year-round, position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in providing direction and motivation for the crew. Maintain a full knowledge of accounts Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines. Perform quality assurance/quality control of exterior maintenance services provided to all properties. Participate in field work, as necessary. Knowledge & familiarity with the landscaping field and maintenance best practices. Must possess a valid WA driver's license with no more than 2 traffic volitions within the last 3 years. Must be able to work full-time. Able to lift and work in the field. Ability to communicate clearly & effectively. Pesticide license is a plus.
