We are seeking a responsible, professional, experienced, hardworking and most important, FRIENDLY On-site Maintenance coordinator to live onsite and maintain a 107 unit apartment building in Bellevue, Wa.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To assist the On-site Manager with day-to-day maintenance operations of the building and property, providing a safe and quality living environment for residents, and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property team and vendors.
- Managing unit turns and cleaning in a quick manor to insure a pleasant move-in experience for the new tenants.
- Monitoring and maintain compliance with all Fair Housing regulations, and compliance with local ordinance and laws as they relate to company or property specific guidelines in occupancy standards.
- Responsible for scheduling, purchasing and performing basic repairs and maintenance issues. Contact, schedule and coordinate tenant repairs and vendor appointments.
- Manages submitted work orders and communicates with tenants and internal departments
- Complete other tasks or duties that may be assigned as required to facilitate the efficient management of the property.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience performing maintenance for company/building operator
- Must be a team player, able to multi-task, handle confrontational situations
- Basic computer literacy/proficiency and have some experience using CRM software, Appfolio experience preferred
- The ability to work weekends or holidays if required
- Must maintain a clean professional appearance with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma/ GED or equivalent is required
- Drug screen and background check required post offer/pre employment
