ISO a apartment-friendly, cat-friendly dog!

I currently live in a 900 sq. ft. condo in Downtown with a mellow adult cat. I'm hoping to adopt a dog because I'd love to have someone to take on walks, hike, camp, and even go shopping with. I work from home until the end of the year, and my office is dog friendly for when WFH ends, so I'm okay with clingier dogs. I don't have any breed preferences or age preferences, but cat-friendliness (even if the cat runs, since he does the get zoomies on occasion) is a must!
