Movies In The Park Planned For June, July In Lemont

LEMONT, IL — With summer quickly approaching, it's time for Lemont Park District's movies in the park events. The first movie of the summer will be held June 8, and movies will also be shown on June 29 and July 13 at three different parks around Lemont. All movies will begin at dusk, and concessions will be sold. According to the park district, there will be socially distanced seating areas outlined in the parks. Masks are required when you are unable to social distance or when in common areas. Here is the schedule for movies in the park: June 8, "Trolls: World Tour," at Covington North ParkJune 29, "Croods: A New Age," at Connemara ParkJuly 13, "The Karate Kid (1984 version)," at Northview ParkThe events are sponsored by Lemont CITGO refinery and Kids Plus Pediatric Dentistry.
