All experience levels welcomed as construction laborer, sheet metal mechanics, roofers, and metal building erectors. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School/G.E.D preferred but not required Years of Experience: none Certifications: None required Driver License: Not required but it is a plus Background Check/Federal Security Clearance Knowledge of the basic Safety techniques and procedures Attention to detail, ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines according to instructions received Ability to organized, plan, and execute work assignments Ability to climb ladders, stairways and scaffolding Interpersonal skills necessary to work on a team Ability to read and use tape measure; mark or record distances General basic knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in the construction or repair of structures Ability to perform general physical activities in construction areas Ability to identify problems and communicate them to his foreman in order to accomplish work Ability to identify and resolves problems in a timely manner according to instructions received Projects generally are located within the Lowcountry area of SC but may require some outside travel.
