Tired of the BS with bouncing players....band hoes

Gigging band looking for a solid lead guitar. We play modern/classic country and southern/classic rock. I am NOT looking for someone who jumps from band to band or wants to "play out" with everyone else all the time. I have put everything into this band from day 1!! I am taking this band further than just playing around town... I am looking for someone who wants to stick with us and help me move us into the future. We are a gigging band with shows booked all season. My current lead guitar player has taken a job as lead for Blackwater Rhythm and Blues band, a much larger and older band and can not make all of our upcoming shows. I have secured a large contract for this season with the House of Blues in NMB, about 20 shows, and do NOT want to do anything to jeopardize that or any of the other shows we have lined up. To be honest, I am very tired of players that want to come and go or can't play this show or that one due to playing with someone else. I am looking for someone that will stick with me as I push this band further than any of them realize is possible. I do not want to sit here and play bars the rest of my life, as much as I have left....If you want to talk give me a shout, if it's not what you're looking for then I thank you for your time.
