Weekend Cultivators Needed

We are looking for a cultivator with weekend availability. About the Job • Assist in day to day ranch operations to assure healthy plants including farm development and garden operations including nursery, overall plant health, pest management, soil health, nutrient inputs and harvest. • Responsibilities could include irrigation, pest management, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, curing and overall sanitation of gardens and ranch Principal Accountabilities • Sow, thin, weed, transplant, move plants, water, pot and load • Plant pests and other perils, with a keen eye for spotting issues before they become a problem • Harvest • Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) • Manage plants, giving each individual plant the attention, it needs • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Track and record all veg or flower room data • Keep veg, flower rooms and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational. • Take part in overall facility cleanliness • Participate in tracking clones and moms • Mother plant and Veg plant maintenance • Water room operations for all rooms • Inform Cultivation Manager if growing environment is out of specification • Other duties as assigned by the Cultivation Manager Interested/qualified candidates should apply on our career pages at mendoranch.farm
