Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician needed in South Asheville! In need of multi skilled individual to be part of a team maintaining apartments and commercial buildings. The skills needed for this position include carpentry, painting, roofing, and plumbing. Must have own tools and a valid drivers license. Pay range based upon experience. This is a permanent full, time year, around position. Benefits include holiday and vacation pay, Health Reimbursement Account and Simple IRA after 90 days.
