Woodward homes is a small family owned local renovator and builder that takes pride in doing a great job for our customers. We service mainly Brentwood, Franklin and South Nashville areas. As an experienced tradesmen (foreman) you will be asked to do a variety of tasks from the list below. The ideal candidate will need to be able to lead a job site on his own and with helpers. Pay is negotiable based on experience and performance $30-$40/hour. -Tools and truck required -Ideal candidate has experience in cabinets and trim installation, light drywall, paint, light framing, tile, some siding, screen porches (basically jack of all trades) -Daily cleanup -Courteous to homeowners and their houses -Must work well with others -Blueprint reading
