Westside Grounds is a grounds maintenance company in need of a pesticide applicator. We have been in business since 1999. *****PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THIS FIELD -- WE DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME***** Job Responsibilities & Requirements: -Fertilizer / Pesticide Applicator must have ***1+ years*** experience servicing and understand plant and weed ID, insect & disease Id and liquid chemical application practices -Able to operate company equipment: trucks, backpack sprayers, hose reels, motorized spreaders, etc. -Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget. -Versatile to float between other lawn care positions as needed (ONLY PART TIME APPLICATOR - 2 - 3 DAYS A WEEK, THEN PART TIME GROUNDS). -Part Time Position Available 2 - 3 days a week OR Full Time Position with Part time spray and part time maintenance tech/crew lead -Able to work full time (40 hrs -- 50 hrs) -Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature -Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns -Cross training in other landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, irrigation, etc A PLUS...
