We are looking to add to our Post production team here at Locol Love. Between our Denver and Boulder facility we have increased production and are producing hundreds of pounds of Connoisseur Grade cannabis a month. This had led to explosive growth and the need to have several new team members. We welcome those with previous commercial experience in harvest and post production, though as long as you have drive and passion for the industry, experience is not needed. In either case we look forward to guiding you and being a partner with you as you learn our processes. As a Locol Love team member you will get the opportunity to work with our plants from Harvest to trimming to packaging. Every day is a new day as you move between departments and facilities. This is a multi-location position as well. All trimming, packaging and logistics will be based in Denver but will have 7-8 days a month in Boulder for Harvest and bucking. In a week you may be Packaging and weighing cannabis for customers, trimming our Connoisseur grade cannabis and harvesting the plants. There is always lots to do and lots to keep us all busy and engaged and looking forward to each work day. Keep in mind you will be compensated for the drive time. You must have a current MED badge to be considered Reliable transportation is a must. Must be able to lift 40 lbs Hourly Compensation: $17 to start, plus performance bonuses after a 90 day trial period. Hours: Mon-Friday 7a-5pm, we also sometimes have weekend work but it is not the norm. In addition you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, drive time, dental insurance, PTO, and bonuses. There is steady growth in our company and we prefer to hire from within.
