ENCINITAS, CA — The San Diego County Credit Union is hosting six blood drives Tuesday, June 1 — five in San Diego County, including one in Encinitas, and one in Riverside County. Over the past year, the COVID-19 pandemic has strained community blood supplies, the financial institution said, urging locals to step up and donate as "lives depend on it!" In Encinitas, the blood drive will be at San Diego County Credit Union at 501 North El Camino Real.
