Starting a Synthwave/Retro 80's band

Hey what's up my name is Austin. I'm 23. I'm a drummer, producer, mix engineer and audio engineer. I'm looking to start a Synthwave/ Retro 80's band. I would like a guitarist, synth player, saxophonist, vocalist and possibly a bassist. I've been working on making my own Synthwave/Retro 80's music for almost a year in a half now, but really want to turn it into a band thing. My biggest influence when it comes to Synthwave is The Midnight, FM-84, and Timecop 1983 as well as many others. I would like to make it very unique and different sounding. So we can mix genre's/experiment and what not with the sound. I would also like to keep the ages between 21 to 30. Thank you very much. Hope to hear from you soon.
