AURORA, IL — Two teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder after a shooting that took place Monday night, police said. Both 17-year-old Fidel Bello and 18-year-old Cesar Ponce were charged Wednesday, according to the Kane County Circuit Clerk's website. The shooting occurred at about 7:30 p.m. on Monday in the 400 block of South Spencer Street. The identity of the shooting victim has not been released yet. Aurora Police Lt. Greg Spayth said officials will release more information in the coming days.
