Hey Upper east side!!!! I’m beginning an outdoor bootcamp in Carl Schulz beginning next week Thursday 6-3, 8am- all bodies welcome and 20$ a spot. Come play with battle ropes,  kettlebells, slam balls , to name a few,  while meeting neighbors, Long time resident, certified personal trainer 15 yrs and instructor at Equinox, text me to sign up 917-304-8817.  Personal training also available
