Handyman/Laborer needed to install two new dryer vent caps in a Townhouse near Tysons Corner. It will require a long ladder (12-24 ft) to get up there to install it but it should be a quick job. Need install of two of them and proper fastening in or caulking around them as needed. Other possible work includes repainting the awning which is near the top of the roof. That would require a 24ft ladder most likely. Flexible as to when the work can be done. Cash payment. Please contact for details.
