Found dog at 1700 W Loughlin Dr Chandler, cross streets are Dobson and Elliot, Wednesday May 26th around 4 PM. Male chihuahua, mostly black with tan feet and markings on face. Seems like he's a bit elderly, I don't think he can see so good. Got a black studded collar with no information.
