Venezuela was once the richest country in Latin America and now it is the poorest. So what happened? One word, SOCIALISM. They went from a Capitalist Free Market like America to a Centralized Communist style command and control economy that vaporized their wealth pretty fast. The kids in America want Socialism. They are being sold a bag of rocks as if it were gold nuggets but beware it's just worthless rocks. It's frightening to me to think that they want to go from a country where even the poor people are fat, have big screen TV's, smart phones and cars to mind blowing poverty and desperation. If people don't wake up fast we are on course to become the next Venezuela. That's a scary thought.
