Cleaning Person Needed

I am looking for a cleaning person or team to help clean my rental property before the new tenants move in the beginning of June. It's a 3 bed/1bath house about 1400 sq. ft. It is totally empty so would be cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, sweeping and mopping the downstairs floors and vacuuming the rugs, using a dry eraser to try to get marks off the walls and cleaning the windows.
