Description: As a Mover Driver/ Crew Leader, a Crew Leader manages and assists the moving crew in: moving, packing, wrapping, inventory and transport of household goods for residential & commercial customers. Represents the company in a professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age Must have a clean Class “C” Driver’s License Experience a plus, Priority provides paid training programs to ensure your success. Fluent in English Communications skills and positive attitude Capable of lifting 70+ lbs Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen. No driver’s license required Dependable transportation to-and-from work Applicants that submit a copy of their DMV driver’s license report with their application will be given priority. Duties: Display strong leadership and organizational skills The ability to successfully multi-task Follows schedules, work and shipping orders Manage and execute the loading, transportation and delivery of household goods and commercial equipment in accordance with an established standards and procedures Implement and successfully manage moving schedules Adheres to all company policies and safety rules and standards Operates in a professional manner Performs work and duties within specifications of the estimated man hours Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company and delivering service to customers Display professional conduct, courtesy and manners when entering and performing work in customer’s h ome or business Respectful of customer’s property and personal space Apply Today: Applicants must fill out their applications on-site at: www.herculesmoversoh.com
