Will perform tasks involving drywall, framing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, tile, carpentry, rough & finish work, painting and in the field with minimal supervision. Candidate must be a problem solver and able to read plans. Must be able to communicate with clients and inspectors. Must communicate daily with your Project Manager and have a smart phone to receive and reply to emails and texts in the field as well as use for our electronic time clock. Multi-skilled Journeyman a must for the Lead position. We are looking for a person that can take our residential construction company projects to completion. Must have most of your own tools, vehicle, current drivers license, great attitude. Must be able to estimate material needed for the next days work and get it to the site. Successful applicants will work closely with our Project Managers to insure each project runs smoothly and has the resources and material in advance so schedules are maintained. The ideal candidates will have excellent leadership qualities and be able to supervise a crew of 1-2 members. Additionally, the candidate will be self motivated and driven to take control of a project and produce results. Hours: 30-40 per week Full-time - Part Time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
