Offering 12 free hours of service for mothers, or birthing people, in their fourth trimester (babies first 3 months).
What does a postpartum doula do?:
Lots of talking and listening! Mostly I provide lactation assistance, infant care education, anxiety and depression screenings and I watch baby while the parent(s) sleep. I am not a medical professional or a nanny. I am a set of non judgmental helping hands with evidence based information about all things postpartum.
This is for 3 separate days of 4 hour long sessions from 8:00 AM - 12 PM. I am available on Mondays and Fridays starting in June. A supporting person must be present in the home. I don't work with families that aren't covid vaccinated or who smoke in the home.
I am accepting clients in Davis, Dixon, Woodland and Sacramento.
