Our growing company needs your help with the cleaning of rentals at the time of move out: We are looking for a preferred vendor to work with us on a sub-contractor basis. The right candidate will, accept various cleaning jobs from light move out cleaning of blind dusting and windows tracks, to full on deep cleans upon move out. As a preferred vendor here are a few items we are looking for: • To be responsible for your own tracking, completion and reporting on all cleaning service requests as assigned. • Complete invoicing and submitting to manager in a timely manner. • Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. • Assure safety standards are used per company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines. • Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. • Monitor email, calls and texts and respond in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: Persons applying for or accepting this position must have; 1. Technical skills necessary to operate equipment, take direction and perform the tasks assigned. 2. Being able to communicate effectively with customers and staff. 3. Ability to operate with minimal supervision. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Reliable transportation 6. Own general tools to complete the tasks 7. Ability to use computer software and mobile apps as required by the company. General Cleaning Guidelines • Wash all windows inside and outside • Wash window sills • Wash inside and outside of all doors • Clean all blinds • Clean all light fixtures • Wash all floors • Vacuum all carpeted areas • Remove any trash found • Clean all appliances • Clean out all cabinets and drawers • Clean sinks and counters • Cleaning of bathtubs and showers
