The site Construction Superintendent is responsible for the supervision, leadership, and management of subcontractors including minimally job site safety, the construction schedule, cost control, and the quality of work The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction Position Responsibilities and their impact upon the site conditions • Supervise subcontractors to ensure they are working safely and building to the plans, specifications and keeping within the timeline • Keep daily records including: • Daily reports/ logs • Scheduling • Effective communication with the client • Approval of Change Order Logs with Client's Approval • Maintain on-site security cameras (when applicable) • Conduct Weekly Safety meetings and daily safety inspections • Manage and document all Jobsite and project-related communications • Familiar with LADBS forms and other submittals • Review schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractor performance • Complete the project within the scheduled time and within the budget presented • Communicate Effectively with Client, via Email and Text. Must be computer literate If you speak Spanish or Farsi, this is a plus
