Elite Pool &Spa/Liquid Paradise family owned Pool Service business is offering an "employment bonus" of $2000 after first 6 months of solid employment.
Join our team of pool professionals, a family owned business with a long-standing history servicing high-end residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a serious full-time (W2 Employee) candidate who has 2+ years experience in the swimming pool industry to work Mon - Fri and some Saturdays required. $3000-$6000 monthly based on repair experience plus Incentive Bonus program. One week off with pay during winter holiday. The following is required:
** Pool and spa cleaning and chemical understanding
** Must follow and understand instructions and communicate effectively and clearly
** Must be honest, responsible, motivated and work independently
** Must have an easy attitude and be able to communicate with customers efficiently and professionally
** Must be able to work some Saturdays when requested.
** Must have a valid driver license with good driving record
** We offer a Company Truck
** Room for growth and advancement
** Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs
** Able to work in the U.S.
** Must be Punctual
** Must be honest and dependable
** Must be able to follow instructions and take criticism when needed
