READ ENTIRE AD! LOOKING TO START ASAP! Job location is in Orangevale. NO DRUGGIES, NO ALCOHOLICS!! MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!! Must know what you're doing! We will not pay for sloppy work!! Our worker has decided to drink excessively and is no longer showing up and we are almost done. We would prefer 1 or 2 guys that can "do it all" and do it quickly, and WELL! But willing to hire for just specific jobs too. This is just a laundry list of finish work! ALL MATERIALS ARE PURCHASED ALREADY!!! Still need: -Crown moulding and baseboard put up in kitchen -Sink plumbing, garbage disposal and dishwasher set up when granite arrives. -vent hood needs to be mounted -gas stove needs to be installed -9 mosaic tiles for the stove backsplash needs installed -7 brackets for granite bar needs to be mounted -4 existing lights need to be replaced, already removed, +1 new needs to be added in kitchen -2 lights need replacing, trouble shooting, haven't worked in years. -about 10 outlets, light switches need changing out. -a 1 ft x 6 ft step needs to be made, put flooring on and installed under bar -a 6 ft butcher block counter needs to be cut to 5 ft and installed on cabinet. -1 door needs to be reinstalled since we removed to paint it. -1 door needs to be installed and door handle hole drilled. -1 outside window needs trim -3 outside doors need trim -1 single car garage needs trim -1 porch needs a triangle shaped trim piece cut and installed. -all trim in entire house needs to be caulked, but everything else needs to be done 1st and we may just leave this part out.
