Job Type: Full Time Location: Los Angeles, CA US Salary Offered: Competitive Salary, DOE Potential For Bonus: Yes Benefits: Full benefits package, effective after 90 days Experience Req: 3-7+ Description: Wonderful couple in Los Angeles seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Housekeeper to assist in the daily cleaning, care, and service of their residence. This schedule for this position is a rotational 7 day on, 7 day off schedule, requiring the housekeeper to live-in residence on their workdays. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, have a strong knowledge of deep cleaning, upkeep of a large estate, and willingness to lend a hand throughout the household as needed. The candidate must also be able to travel occasionally to secondary residences as needed an upon request. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • All aspects of general housekeeping, deep cleaning, and upkeep of the residence • Ability to perform museum-quality cleaning • Laundry service & managing items sent out for professional care • Superior organization skills and willingness to go above and beyond in all aspects of the job • Procurement of household supplies • Management and organization of all closets, pantries, and storage areas • Assisting with packing and unpacking for trips • Maintaining residence for guest readiness at all times • Willingness to run routine errands such as dry cleaners, groceries, etc. • Additional Housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family Requirements: Requirements: • Strong command of English language; outstanding communication skills both written and verbal • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers • Minimum 5 - 7+ years of experience working in a private home • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; willing and able to take direction well • Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, and organization • Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner; use of utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times • Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work additional hours as needed • Legally able to work in the United States
