If you are interested in applying, please reply to this ad. Our company is currently searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team Property: Community located in Roswell, NM. Job Type: Full-Time position with a full benefits package including paid holidays, PTO and medical. Minimum 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in the multi-family industry. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday hours 8 AM to 5 PM with emergency on-call duties The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Make ready knowledge • Electrical, plumbing, appliance knowledge • Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employees, and vendors • Inventory control • Take reasonable efforts to see that property complies with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the business. • HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not required. • Can do-attitude. • Must provide own tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
