I'm a semi-retired builder with 40+ years of experience in remodeling, renovation and new construction. I also have a degree in Architecture and do design work mostly custom one of a kind projects. I am a very frugal person and not just with my own money but with my clients too as I hate to waste, and see it as not being good stewards of the blessings we are given. I am very up front and direct, giving my clients the pros and cons of the choices they make. I have high work ethics and believe in open and honest communication.
