Leasing agent needed for a Section 8 Unit in DC

I need someone to help me lease a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom renovated unit in the Bellevue neighborhood of DC. It is a 4 unit building and this is a top floor unit. The only requirement I have is that the tenant is section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Program and that it is 100% paid for by the government. Also, I would want to choose the best candidate and not just the first person that wants to move there. No prior evictions and no criminal record would be preferable but credit score does not matter. The rental amount is $1360 per DC's website for 2 bedroom 1 bath units in Congress Heights/Bellevue.
