Description
Full Time Facilities Support Position available to start in 1 - 2 weeks. $17.50/hr with an option for health benefits.

Must be able to:
• Set up and break down tables and chairs for events, meetings, etc. (Reconfiguring rooms as necessary)
• Hanging/Installing paintings, pictures, white boards, etc.
• Light Painting & wall patch repairs to common space and interior offices
• Storing/stocking supplies on various floors
• Provide early morning or after-hours coordination, as needed
• Monthly cleaning maintenance of Conference/Huddle Room table and chairs
• Replace light bulbs as needed throughout the building
• Assist with office moves/relocations
• Perform basic handyman work as needed throughout the building
• Assist with maintaining a neat and organized storage / file room
• Assembling furniture and office equipment
• Assists building engineer and day porter as needed
• Completes other special projects and/or duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
• Organization and planning
• Detail oriented
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to gather feedback and get clarity on miscellaneous job duties as well as being able to interact well with others
• Able to lift, carry up to 50 pounds, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, push, pull or perform other physical activities
• Able to use basic tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, tape measure, etc.)
