We are looking for a full time maintenance person for an Apartment Complex in Pueblo CO. Requirements: Must be expert level at drywall repair (including matching texture) and tiling. Positive attitude Works well with all levels of management and tenants. Respectful and professional. Aptitude to fix things and solve issues Communicate with client cause of the issue and proposed solution prior to starting work Exhibits a safety first approach Should have experience in o Painting o Replacing faucets o Replacing light fixtures o LVT Flooring Installation o Replacing door knobs o Carpentry o Trim installation o Bath remodels Must have valid driver’s license, car insurance, transportation, and basic hand tools. Ability to follow directions and be attentive to details Extremely ethical, honest, and courteous A desire to help tenants. Background check required Periodic drug testing required Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Describe your drywall experience and expertise. Describe your tiling experience and expertise. Describe your experience providing customer service in people's homes.
