Pirate Pedicab is looking for a skilled, consistent, and experienced bicycle mechanic to maintain a fleet of 6 pedicabs 4-8 hours a week, depending on need. The ideal candidate would have the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Repair, check and fix pedicabs for safety and mechanical concerns Take notes of all the works done on bikes + update the database. Keep the bench and the workshop clean. Perform work to a high level of quality and work diligently. Have a flexible schedule BICYCLE MECHANIC SKILLS Crank arm replacement Change derailleurs Headset overhaul Changing brakes, brake levers and shifter levers Changing all kinds of cables Limit screws adjustment (both derailleurs) Center brakes Chain check, replacement Replace spokes, popped tubes, and tires Keep everything lubed and clean Please send an email detailing your job/bicycle repair experience, knowledge and skills, and your schedule.
