Hardwood floor Refinishing

Hi, I am planning on refinishing the hardwood flooring in my house mid to end of June and I need help prepping the floor. -roughly around 900-100ft2 -all on the first floor -about half the floors, ~500ft2, are newly installed unfinished -the other half are original prefinished with that slightly beveled edge- this is why I need someone with a 220 belt sander. I am looking for someone willing to work with me to help me prep the floor. Also possibly stain and clear coat it, if my budget allows it. Preferably a subcontractor or contractor with a proper 220 Belt Sander, an edger. I am happy to do all the hard work and do all the edging. If you'd be willing to rent me the sander too, that would be great! We can work out how you want to be paid, by the hour or by the day...I will pay for all the materials and sandpaper. I can pay at the end of each day or however you want, no worries. I am pretty flexible. Just let me know if you can help me in any way! Thanks!
