Pezza Landscape is looking for landscape crew members to assist our teams in maintaining our commercial and home owner association properties. Pezza Landscape is celebrating our 70th year in business this year. We are looking for individuals who are looking to grow themselves as we continue to grow our company. Our crew member job duties include but are not limited to using stand on and walk behind lawn mowers, string trimming, shrub trimming, plant installation, mulch installation and other various landscape activities. Our crew members generally work 45-50 hours per week with overtime pay after 40 hours. Our crew members will report to our office and will be assigned a crew to work with for the season. We work 7:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday and 7:00 - 1:00 on Saturdays. Our crew members need to be willing to work in all weather conditions from heat to rain to cold. End of the year bonuses are given out to employees based off of company goals being met. Pay raises are given annually based off of company criteria being met. Our teams go through training exercises monthly to keep them familiar with all equipment that they use on a daily basis. Our crew member position is a year round position. During the winter months crew member hours will be reduced but will still be reporting the the office on a daily basis. Crew members will be responsible to assist our teams when it snows. During snow events crew members pay will increase to the set snow rates that we have installed.
