Ground leveling for small pool

I need an area leveled for an above ground pool. Leveling was half azz done and then sand was dumped in the area botching the job. Now I have 2 tons of sand where the leveling should have been done correctly and where the pool is planned to go. I dont know what to do from here. I do not have the tools, knowledge or time to fix this on my own. So the job would be to move the sand, correctly level the spot and put back a 3 inch bed that extends 1 inch from under the pool You can keep/sell any extra sand after the job is finished in addition to payment.
