****Earn $24,000 to $48,000 or more per year ****The company pay hotels, transportation, and communication*** Description As a part of a two-man team, you will • remove trash, furniture, and appliances from vacant homes • repair of fences, roofs, decking, drywall, windows, and locks • winterize homes • cut grass, trim shrubs, and trim trees • clean the property to make the home ready to sell • do maintenance check-ups of homes • take photos to show all work Requirements: • Preferred applicant to have Driver's License • Willing to travel to different cities and states • Willing to be away from home for at least 4-6 weeks • Must be able to lift heavy objects and get hands dirty • Know basic handyman skills • Know how to use simple tools and lawn equipment Other Information Company pay for hotels daily Company pay for transportation Company pay for communication If you are not afraid to get dirty and work hard, this job is for you.
