German shepherd for rehome

We have a 1 year old German shepherd for rehome. She gets along great with cats, other dogs, and kids, BUT has major separation anxiety. She needs a family that she can be with 24/7. And with our life we can’t give her that. And it’s not fair for her to be in a cage. If you feel like the right fit please text me. She is not fixed yet as with large breed dogs your supposed to wait until 2 years. We are in newmanstown pa. We are asking a rehoming fee just to insure she goes to a good home!
