We prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in the green industry or construction for position of Sawyer. CDL will be required within 6 months of hire for most positions. Motivated individuals can advance quickly. Job Title: Sawyer, Wildfire Mitigation Crew Member Sawyer: $16.00 to $18.00/hr Job Description – Sawyer: Perform & assist with limbing and bucking of trees. Assist crew members with other tasks such as but not limited to felling trees, dismantling trees and the maintenance and operation of equipment. Employment duration: Seasonal to Year Round (Full time as weather and schedule permits) Start date: May to June 2021 Benefits: Year round hires’ will receive paid Holiday, Vacation, Sick pay and Health Insurance contribution after a 3-month probationary period and satisfactory review.
