Remove sticker from car windshield

I recently bought a car in VA that has now been inspected, registered, and plated for MD. However the state of VA inspection sticker on the windshield wasn’t removed carefully by the previous owner and is torn. Looking for someone who could use goo gone and other tools remove the sticker carefully and any residue. Please tell me your experience with similar work and your quote, I will pay cash.
