Landscape Production Manager

Description

Manage multiple projects and coordinate Company resources to fulfill Commercial landscape projects. It is essential to have broad planning skills relative to estimates (materials & labor) and further planning for upcoming seasonal operations such as summer watering, fall overseeding/aeration, seasonal flower rotations and similar projects. - Have a great attitude and want to work with a fun group of individuals at a fast growing company - Schedule crews for all Commercial Enhancement, Commercial Landscape Construction projects and watering crews with input from supervisors and foremen. - Ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards. - Assist in management of broad snow operations which may include driving a plow truck. - Read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines, and apply necessary timelines. - Ensure crews complete daily truck sheets, receipts and job reports properly. - Ensure equipment and vehicle preventive maintenance program runs effectively - Communicate progress on landscape projects to Company management and field staff effectively. This includes identifying difficulties while creating solutions to keep the project moving forward on budget. - Subject to the general supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of the Company, recruit, interview, hire, train, discipline, and terminate (when necessary) field staff. - Effectively communicate all Company policies and standards to employees in both English and Spanish. - Mediate personnel, equipment, and customer problems with input from supervisor and foreman. - Oversee, implement, and ensure training of field staff. - Conduct final walk through with clients to ensure crews deliver highest quality workmanship and service and determine aspects that could have been improved or anticipated better in advance through planning or communication. Ensure client feedback is obtained as well - Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
